Free worldwide shipping on all orders over £100.
For orders over £100
UK & ROI - Shipped via Royal Mail's Tracked and Signed For Service - Shipping times usually take between 1- 3 business days with orders travelling to the Ireland taking between 2-6 business days.
For the rest of the world - Orders are shipped via UPS - Standard shipping times usually take between 3-5 business days and optional Express shipping is charged between £10 - £20 and should take between 1-3 Business days. 
For orders under £100
UK & ROI - Shipped via Royal Mail's Tracked and Signed For Service - Shipping times usually take between 1- 3 business days with orders travelling to the Ireland taking between 2-6 business days - Shipping is charged at £5.  
For the rest of the world - Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or UPS - Standard shipping times usually take between 3-15 business days and optional Express shipping is charged between £20 - £40 and should take between 1-3 Business days.  
Delays
Due to the COVID pandemic, we do expect delays on international Royal Mail Services - However Royal Mail domestic services seem to be unaffected within the UK. Orders travelling via UPS also seem to be unaffected.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, it must be unworn and undamaged in any way. Unless stated, return shipping and costs are the buyer's responsibility and must travel via a tracked and signed for post/courier service. (We highly recommend using an insured service, as buyers are responsible for any lost or damaged items/packages).

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, lost during return postage or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund and you will not be reimbursed.
